Is that you car in those videos? Anyway it sounds dope, but I cant see myself justifying $500 for just a sound. A sound I really really like. On another note does anyone of a front lip that fits the none premium bumper?

Sorry no its not my car, actually two different cars.

Same headers and Tsudo N1 exhaust though.

And after living with these headers. **Hypothetically** If I needed another set and the price went up to $1000, I wouldn't hesitate buy them again.

Question about MPG: 2008 2.5i sedan AT. The MPG tack or gauge in the center dash board by the clock always seems to change by .3 no matter if i'm driving fast on the highways or driving at the speed limit on local roads? Does anyone else have this issue? Or advice on what might be the cause of this? Note: Megansracing CBE, AVO DriveByWire, and Perrin Filter.

anybody with 08-11 impreza had any head gasket issues so far? i'm thinking of not using the subaru coolant conditioner at my next coolant flush to prevent any clogs. i want to use subaru super coolant with a bottle of water wetter instead.

Does anyone know anything about anything about these Gruppe-S headers?

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2429348

I Pmd them and was told that it comes with a one year manufacturer's warranty and that it should bolt up to my 2011 2.5i. I can't find any other information on it though.

WRX/STi headers do not line up to our exhausts. It will bolt to the engine block but required modification to work with the rest of our exhaust system.

EDIT: Not my car in the vids, two different cars. Same headers and exhaust on both cars: rallisport racing header + Tsudo N1.
Think sound would be diff on my sedan with the dual mufflers. Or if I did it should I just do one muffler out.

It's a bit more tame. I had a bit more rasp before it warmed up compared to my Buddy who has wrx sedan with a magnaflow. His sounded great though just not as loud. I prefer the duel look anyway. Tsudo single exit looks incomplete and rough on a sedan IMO.

Gotcha. Yeah, I already have a WRX SPT catback on my OBS. Wonder what that would sound like with the RS header...

It'll sound awesome. My favorite part, a cold morning engine braking down hills. The car sounds like a back firing, popping, snarling beast. I have to correct people all the time..."your car sound fast...no no, it's gutless"

You should get some tail light overlays. Unless you like the chrome clear tail lights. Other than that sweet lookin car. Wonder what your exhaust sounds like.

Very nice list. I applaud you for the correct retrofit. How does the car feel after the tune? A few recommendations, brakes:ss lines and mc brace will definitely benefit you. Get a nice set of wheels for the summer time and your car is perfect in my opinon.

If you don't mind me asking. How much did it cost all in all to get cams installed and was it worth it?

Thanks.
Yeah, i'm not a fan of the clear tails with the dark paint. I may look into some smoked overlays, as i'm not a fan of the red either.
The exhaust sound is pretty nice for an EL header setup, resonator & muffler are Magnaflow, so not overly loud. The cams brought out a little rumble at idle & lower revs which is nice too.

Cheers.
There was no way I doing a plug'n'play HID kit, even in halogen projector housings, for me the light scatter is a no-no. It was definitely worth the extra expense & time for the retrofit, the light output and cut-off are perfect after a little tweaking, as well as having the classic blue/purple tinge at the cutoff line, and being a bi-xenon kit when I flick the stalk for the high beams, it's like having the sun at your command

I have to be honest, the car runs beautifully, even with the cams. Power delivery is nice (for an N/A) and the few people that have driven the car comment on how smooth it runs. The headers & HFC made the biggest difference, even without a tune (at the time) I was grinning like a Cheshire Cat when I drove it home.

Yep, good recommendations on the brake mods, I will probably do the master cylinder brace, that's an easy one, and I may change the lines to SS next time I change the brake fluid.

I'm probably going to leave the wheels as they are unless I stumble upon a killer deal. The roads here in QC are terrible, and the WRX wheels (while not light) are pretty bombproof, and cheap.

The cams direct from Delta were roughly $250 after the core refund (the cheap part), installation time was around 7 hours (from memory), that's the expensive bit if you don't do the work yourself.
One persons 'worth it' may not be anothers. The 1000 grind is designed to keep the low down grunt while giving a bit more through the mid & higher rpm ranges, hence the reason Delta have called it their 'torque grind'.
For me it was worth it, I was looking for a bit more oomph for highway passing but was not willing to sacrifice any loss of torque low down.
They car does seem to pull a little harder through the rev range, but do not expect any 'OMG' kind of reaction with these cams.
