In '09 the Tan interior added a Black steering wheel and Black carpet. It makes a HUGE different believe it or not.

fancyfootwork15 - That looks good but I wonder how the Plasti-Dip will hold up in the cup holder area.

Sounds amazing, can't wait to make this purchase. I'm going to make a video clip today of my car so everyone can see what it looks like. Please don't judge with the cleanliness of the car, it rains in Belgium everyday so its not easy keeping a car clean.

I've had my rear chrome strip plasti-dipped for like 8 months now (don't remember exactly some time in spring).. And that has held perfectly. I'm assuming this will hold decently, if it doesn't I had planned on buying a black center piece anyways.

mines been dipped since the summer/fall, and no problems so far, even with the cold/ice/snow/washer fluid.

I'm more concerned in the center console b/c mine gets used heavily. The chrome strip in the back rarely comes into contact with anything but my cup holders always have something in them whether its a water bottle or my cell phone.

So just a quick question, I'm not very bright when it comes to the audio part of our cars but I'm looking into door speakers, I have a Kenwood deck do I need a amp to run aftermarket speakers? And do I have to take off the whole door panel to get at them?, thanks!

Yes you need to take off door panel, I am good at it now and can do it in about 2 minutes up front.. First time will take maybe 20 minutes. It is relatively easy though. You can run the speakers off the deck, or use an amp, but an amp installation is significantly more complex and expensive, and if you don't know what you're doing, best left to a pro. You could get some speakers installed at a stereo shop too though, and it wouldn't cost a huge amount I dont think.

Get a speaker harness from Crutchfield.. it's like $8 for a pair. Its just two spade terminals that plug in. Male end is on the speakers and the female end is the spade on the harness. Plug and play.

Yes, its an avo turbo kit. I love it so far, still needs a good tune done and still looking to upgrade some other mods as well.

Patrick custom makes them. Just give him the name and model number of whatever speakers you choose. I have a few different sets from him and they are all perfect.
