The front one; it's easier to access. But you need an extension for the socket wrench and i believe a deep well socket to tighten the plug

So I just went out to play in the fresh snow and some douche in a pt cruiser told a cop I was doing so. After 20 minutes the cop says I didn't see you otherwise you'd be getting some tickets.

I had a whole package picked out, but everything has to wait. I don't mod in the winter. Too cold.

Jordan what's the make on those gauges, are they passport as well, they match perfectly.

I have my oil pressure sender on a sandwich plate. Seemed easier than going to a galley plug and I haven't had any problems.

For the water temp I got a hose adapter and put it in the upper radiator hose.

My gauges are Depo 7 color gauges. I got them because they looked like they would match the best and they match extremely well. I also ran the power from the stereo harness and the sender wires from the hole on the passenger side. Taking apart the dash really wan't that bad. Everything snaps apart and together really easily.

For those with a rear sway bar, does the bend goes towards the car or towards the ground?

I took my car to get an oil change and told them about my rear squeaking and they pointed out that my RSB was upside down and the bend was pointing towards the ground.

Edit: I took a picture. Not a very good picture, but I'm just curious as to if it can be even installed upside down. I always thought it was a one way only kind of thing.

Yeah my rears have about a lil over an inch left but can't thread down into the housing anymore. Don't really want to mess with the preload to go lower. Currently with the steelies I'm at 22.5" in the front and 23" in the rear but I haven't moved the car for a few months so the camber hasn't settled. What wheels were you looking to get?

Just called the shop that installed it a year ago. It's going to be fixed Wednesday.

I'm never going to cheat on my mechanic again.

I thought I'd be safe in a huge unplowed parking lot set bak from the road past 11:00 pm. Oh well at least I didn't get ticketed.

I wish i could get to 22.5" in the front but i know for a fact the last 5 threads or so wont change the height a noticeable amount. Ive thought about taking one of the locking collars out but i don't have the balls... I currently have Rota G-Forces in the garage but Im gonna sell them and get some cheap wheels i can rock all year round like xxr's() Although id really love some work emotion cr-kai's...
Also i dont get how some people can get their subies so low on coilovers.
Like this STi
Doesnt the wheel touch the top of the fender? All i know is i would like to get lower but on some bumps my tires all ready hit the top of the fender.

Drive very carefully.

There is some space in there.

I've gotten my car this low and it didn't rub.

But I don't think there's much space beyond that. The next step is to limit travel by either being on the bump stops (bad) or having springs so stiff that they never compress (also bad).

Honestly, I think its the side skirts and front lip/beefier bumper that give it the added "illusion" that its lower. Yeah there isn't that much room there but there is ways to work around it. You can tub out the wells but not sure if you would like to go that route. Did you relocate your harness when you took out the liner? If not, I suggest you do that if your gna run low.

Just test fitted earlier this week and dang its gna be a tight fit lol. Just need tires but due to my financial situation and some parts that need replacement first, that wont be up until March or April.

Rears are cutting close to the wells and might need control arms or spacers to go lower and the fronts are really close to the coilover body, not that big of a deal.

Fortunately for me, previous owner had sound insulated and under coated the car before I got to it. Makes working on the car a pain in the ass though. I can't touch a thing without making a mess

Well i rather be in your position knowing it was taken care of. Working on a car were everything is seized isn't fun either.

Yeah, most likely you took out the liner because you were rubbing and it ate through? Its usually on the driver side and it basically holds all the critical wires for your car to run. I haven't relocated mine yet but it should be the same with most cars. You can just move it higher and zip-tie it into place.

Are the wires critical?

I know one of the things in there is the hose for the rear washer fluid. I may or may not have rubbed through that hose.

I've seen on one of the threads here that their car wouldn't start cuz it rubbed through a starter relay or something like that. On my friends SC200 it rubbed through ,I guess it was an ECU feed , and fried the module. I just do it to be safe and not spend extra $$$ on stuff that could have been avoided.
