I was so much happier when they were gone. Not a single noise now.
Do you have the stock mid cat pipe?

The headers? I honestly can remember, I payed the extra for express international shipping and I think mike worked with me somehow.

I'm always pissed when I have to pay duties, on that day I remember being stoked about it, might not have payed any?

Moar low?

That was at Oakland Coliseum.

Great America has been out for about a year now. I think I was at the last event ever there. right before Santa Clara found out and made Great America stop it. Then they started construction on the new 49er stadium.

Nice, how is the grip over there? I feel like they must have spent a lot of time cleaning\prepping the course from all the crap on the ground that people leave behind... lol

Actually, they barely did anything. There was a lot of Dirt/dust on track when I went out and I was in group 4!

I wanted to take the blower out during the course walk but we only had 15 minutes.

But I thought the grip was alright. I was on extremely new ZII tires and a fairly new set-up. I'm pleased with the times that my buddy and I put down. If he didn't run fun, it would have been a 1-2 finish in G Stock.

Wow that's ridiculous. I would be iffy about driving on that shizt. Also I would be careful with new tires, regardless of brand, some tires do not like the first couple heat cycles to be extremely hot. My re970's were super super greasy on a canyon run a few days after I got them, but they did get much better later on.
That's great your doing well out their. Maybe one of these days I'll show up and give you some real competition

So I was reading up a bit on sway bars when I came across an article stating that some sway bars can be damaging to your car. They were referencing the gauge I believe saying too stiff of a bar can be damaging. I wanted to tighten up suspension a bit but I don't want to do anything too major. Everybody here says RSB should be first mod. I'm asking for feedback with anybody with a RSB and do's and dont's thanks guys.

What size did you end up getting on the ZII?

It was just dirty. I did notice some shattered glass. But that crap was way off track. Worst case scenario, I just spin and take out a bunch of cones.

I welcome the competition.

What would be damaged? I have heard one case of a sway bar mount getting torn off the subframe. But that was on a '05 LGT. Our mounts don't look particularly heavy duty. I happened to get a Whiteline bar that came with braces.

I've also heard of the rsb mount bending because of the force on it. But I've never personally seen it

I didn't know the Whiteline braces were legal in stock. That's good to know. It's the only thing that kept me from trying bigger bars to a point of no return.

I read the Hollis article on tire size. It would be interesting of you could do a swao and test on wider tires too and give us your input.

I had a stock '09 WRX bar for the longest time. Got an adjustable 22mm Whiteline in October. Installed the braces in January.

I also have Whiteline spherical endlinks.

Oh okay that's not to bad then. Hmm I seriously may want to check this out at least once. Was this organized under NASA or SCCA? And I was just joking again; any fellow enthusiast who tracks/autoX's their suby is a big +1 for me
Oh don't worry about my winter tires, my hankook v12's get put to much better use

hmm master cylinder brace, gotta research about that

jourdanwithaU: are ou on coilovers?? looks pretty damn low

also to the guy who put in WRX exhaust...is it just for sound or was there a performance increase? why not put an aftermarket piece there instead?
