I heard mine when I was on 3-3500rpm or when I shifted at those rpm I don't wanna say it's the same one but it can be go under your car when it's cold I would say if you don't have ramp or jacks I know it's a bit dangerous but put a rock on the back tires and e brake on I know awd not much a rock is gonna do but check your headers shield they maybe the loose ones it maybe the same crappy shield I would have taken it off but was afraid since I live in Massachusetts that the salt from winter would eat away my headers so I don't know if keeping them on is better or worse but I prefer them on

Ok I am determined to get this rattle fixed as its driving me crazy. I tried to tighten the bolts but they are doomed by rust. Any suggestions? Pic and video included.

You got the steel clamps with the screw right?

I used the heavy duty ones and then reinforced them metal strapping that I riveted onto the clamps weaker points so that I could tighten them more actually.

Then once they were tighter than average I wired the bolt so it could not back off. Not my first encounter with hose clamps.

Haha, so many people have experienced this I see. Gah, I just need to get a new catback and remove the exhaust all-together.

Alright. I put some clamps on the area I thought was the problem and it fixed nothing. So, I gave up and went up to a midas ( muffler shop) and asked if they could do anything to fix it. They hoisted it up and banged around and said they couldnt do anything about it. I asked if they could try to tighten the bolts and they said no way cause it was rusty. . I dont know what to do at this point. Removing them seems like a lot of work since all the bolts are rusted to crap.

I don't know how they mount but they will fit our cars no problem.

That's a lot of lip right there. What did you use for the installation?

Just the screws that were supplied. The lip thate replicates the premium bumper kind of snaps on but I still screwed it on. Also used some black zip ties for some flexibility.

That lip looks great, but there's no way I could put one on my car. I just know that it would smash the road and rip my bumper off. Stupid NE roads

Im thinking of painting the non bayson lip dgm but not paying the $115 the body shop wants. Thinking of buying a can of dgm from some paint match website. Oh and Kevinke you would be surprised to see how flexible the lips are.
