Who leaves a big bolt in the road? Man i just don't understand. This was my rear passenger tire too
Damn... I also picked up a bolt last week. Same corner. Not as big as yours, but still went flat. (That's why I didn't have my big wheels when I passed you yesterday.)

Did you replace one tire or all 4?

Ok so I was board today. I've been driving long distances lately and listening to music on my iPad.

So I used some rare earth magnets to hold the iPad into position. The magnets are held into place by some 3m double sided dots.

The magnets do not effect the iPad or car. And it's not permanent. Just a fun way to hold the iPad for a trip or two.

I was wondering why your car looked different lol

This its probably the biggest bolt I've ever seen getting pulled out of a tire. I hope my rims didn't get cracked or anything *knock on wood*

About 5 inches long, half inch diameter

Had started a wide body (fender flare) drawing, but didnt really care for attempting to design a wide body look.

So I guess I'm just going to draw a body kit.

I do not think powerful magnets are good for computer memory.

I did lots of research, if the memory was disk based instead of flash I would have a problem.

Hi all. Whilst waiting to hear back from the dealer about my car.(I think i busted a ringland or spun a bearing) I was sifting through the 2.5i forums. Im now thinking of moding a little bit. I know im gonna get poly shifter bushings and a short shifter. But not sure about most else. I was thinking new intake, but I haven't seen any for the 2.5i that don't hammer performance and mpg at the low end. what do you guys think?

Hybrid intake is your best bet. But it doesn't do much more than look cool.

If you chose to get an intake, you would have to tune your car which is expensive or do an open source tune with a map from someone here. For the "performance" you get it is worth it to build a hybrid intake, which can be found in the Naturally Aspirated section of the forum.

The choices for intake if you so choose:
-Cosmo Racing CAI or SRI
-Avo Power intake (Expensive and only really replaces Air box)

There may be one from Lachute Performance but i think it is custom and they might need your car for that.

Ok so unlike the intakes that were popping up in 2008-2009 it would produce a noticible amount of whp?

You aren't going to get any more HP from your car. Might as well can that entire idea and focus on suspension and looks.

Im not look to get like 50 whp out of it I was just wondering if it would be even a little. I read where people had replaced the stock intake with an sri and got a little more power out of their engine at higher rpm's.

As far as suspension goes what do you suggest?

The only way to improve engine performance is to get a tune.

Strut inserts, springs, bushings.

New wheels tires. Those should be 2nd on your list after a rear sway.

Not even wheels, just tires.

A good set of tires can be worth their weight in gold.
