What a coincidence I just happen to have a set for sale. Less than 2k miles on them.

Just to point it out, Corvettes like these tires too. Just a fun fact.

Because Corvettes have so much in common with Imprezas?

If you're happy, it really doesn't matter.

I had the Falken Ziex ZE-912 (which I believe is the same as ZE-612). They were great when new but not so good after half worn & they didn't last as long as advertised. I got about 20k miles. I'd look for other options.

Why do you need All-Season tires in TX?

Btw, I'd get 225/45R17 instead of 205/50R17.

Dang. Was most of your driving, shall we say, spirited?
It does get cold down here, just not snowy. I want traction as often and as much as I can. Plus all-seasons generally last longer. Will 225's fit? I have 08 wrx rims

I had them on my old MY06 WRX... mostly city driving & not quite as spirited as I'd like.

Does it get colder than below 40*? If not, get summer tires. My current tires are Continental ExtremeContact DWS... got 30K miles so far & prob. another 5-8K more at least. Soft sidewall but comfortable ride. General G-MAX AS-03 is another option that's supposed to be similar to DWS (owned by the same co.) but cheaper price.

FYI, 09-10 WRX comes w/ 225/45R17 & exact same wheels as 08 WRX.

It does get colder than 40, admittedly not super often, but it does get there and will stay there for several days at a time too. Also, I'm a bit of a road-tripper to AR so all-seasons are a necessity for me. I've heard bad things about the Generals, actually.
I knew the 09-10 came with 225s, but I wasn't sure if the alloys were actually the same size too. I get what you're saying now, I'll look for some!

I'm definitely the same way. Hence, my ongoing two year project.

Another tire I considered was Kumho Ecsta 4X but I decided to get Hankook Ventus V12 (summer)... sitting in my garage.

If you aren't in hurry, wait til Labor Day when Discount Tire Direct has that $100 off sale again.

I have had good luck with Kumho Ecsta all season. 225-45-17 Kumho, huge upgrade from stock 205-55-16 Bridgestone MPG specials. They get a little bit more noisy after 5k miles than I thought they would, but not too bad.

Any diy panel fabrication like creating a carbon fiber hood? Interested in that mainly for the durability of carbon to the northeast climate. The process looked fun with the mold making and carbon laying in the easy composites videos

That is a sweet ride!

Can you send me a link of the place where you got the front grill?

Also all body mods or Performance mods!

I still need to get some nice rims and slam my 2.5i

Was watching "Due Date" and noticed they were driving and orange hatch. Don't know why I didn't catch that before
