Looks like winter here. Yeah road construction will tear a car up.

Some times, it seems they plow all the roads and dump the snow on my street, it's crazy.

Just started doing some mods to my 08 impreza sedan. Late to the party as usual I guess. So far I've done..

Whiteline 22mm f/r sways
Kartboy endlinks
Rallitek 4eat trans bushing
AVO air filter
AVO lower control arm bushing
AVO caster adjustment bushing
Wrx grille swap
35% tint all around
Kartboy lw crank pulley

Working on the suspension set up then considering doing the AVO 2.5i turbo kit

I know what you mean. Lowered or raised, they all plow good.

I think the avo would work good on a 4eat. Our 5spd clutch isn't raised for anything past the stock tq output.

My bro also bought me a 30" Totron LED lightbar! After basically hacking up all of the lower grille; it fits flush and is mounted very solid. One word describes this beast, BRIGHT!

Your picture convinces me to get a license plate side mount. It looks good!

Anyone else have thoughts on this? what needs to be done in the way of my stock tranny for something like this?
Lol nevermind! after some quick research the gains aren't worth the money!

I think the avo kit can produce some decent numbers, if you can justify the $3500 for the kit.

Just run it till the clutch fails, then upgrade clutch.

Or sell 2.5i and buy WRX.

Relocating the plate was the best thing I did to the front of the car...

(The pic is from last year)

For me getting the AVO kit isn't about being as fast as a stock wrx. I just like the idea of having a quick low profile car.

If you want low profile just get a wrx and go fmic and scoop less.

Thanks man! It does help the front end quite a bit but if you can find a machine shop or a buddy who's good at making DIY stuff; have them make you a mount. Idk how I justified spending $65 for a relocation mount

Your car looks great, especially with the amazing scenery! One of of the few 08+ Impreza's that I like the chrome'd headlight housings! I really want a light bar setup like yourself but I think I'm gonna go custom. Also, the only gripe I have is, your wheels are not growing on me...I apologize if I asked before, but do you ever plan on getting new wheels? lol.

I know. NF put in some work on it too. Great car. Wish I knew what happened exactly but oh well..

His new bugeye is already coming along too.

Money to spend all day long.

All these pictures are making me want to do a photoshop. Been meaning to do a shoot of the 2.5i and the wrx together but haven't gotten around to it.

Seriously, I can't imagine just the number of tune's they did for him lol.
Yeah I'm excited for his bugeye as well! And what can you say, money talks unfortunately...
Just do it already!

08-09 cause it looks like the 2.5i, if it was the widebody it would not be very low profile.

A few people have Konis. I don't think any of them have H&R springs though.
