Portable visor.

The "catch"....

The resulting nub.
I had the same problem, took it to the dealer and they replaced it for free. They took a good visor from a traded in 2.5i and swapped it into my car lol.

s1eeper, www.opposedforces.com is excellent for looking up part numbers.

And hello everyone. I may be the owner of a black '10 2.5i premium soon, so I'll probably be hanging out here.

A straight pipe like Navysesals IMO is perfect. Just don't know what you're tolerance for loud is.. haha

Check out www.i-club.com, which is specfically bay area.

BAIC is pretty active, but not on Nasioc, where its more based in the East coast.

I've tried looking at things on YouTube but it sounds so weird because of the microphone. to explain too loud- I want to have a casual conversation in my car without yelling I guess. I'd love to hear navyseals exhaust if you think it's perfect! I had a blown head gasket once, suuucks.

The size of the piping can make a huge difference. Not to mention, the stock midpipe resonator is massive which helps cut down sound. When I was in his car we could have a conversation talking normally. However, there was some drone. lol

Just hoping its not.

Yeah, perfect if you like Honda's jk. I have yet to hear it, although I would imagine that it is very very raspy.

Just your luck with that car Let me know if you happen to part out down the road with what little parts you have for that car haha.

Alehan- Have you seen these already?

2009 Subaru Impreza 2.5i Tsudo Exhaust - YouTube
2008 Impreza 2.5i SPT cat-back exhaust - YouTube
2008 Impreza 2.5i OBX catback - YouTube
Its not that bad actually. Its raspy, but not crazy. its minimal.

Well... Speaking of parts, most have gone to the WRX, or have been sold. lol Do you want a OEM Subaru Sport Grille? Im trying to sell it.. unless you have one already..?

I've had the Tsudo, and heard the spt in person. Not the same sound at all. lol

Even the WRX with tsudo on youtube sounded way to smooth, where in person mine was raspy.

Interesting. I'll have to convince him to give me a ride along one of these days lol. Possibly do you have a link for the for sale thread? I liked my custom one at first but now it is starting to look pretty bad hah. Let me see if I can find someone to buy mine and we can go from their.

I'm down, i can show you guys my exhaust. Its actually not that bad. The droning seems to have gone away. It'll never be the signature rumble, but its satisfying. Also comes with snap crackle pops :P

Sweet, we should all plan to attend a local meet. Any upcoming events that you guys know of?

I believe with '08 models it is possible if you can find a tuner that will utilize the AP. Most (at least from what I've heard) utilize a tactrix cable or something similiar.

Agreed. It's pretty hard to achieve the notorious suby rumble w/o spending a lot of money on UEL headers

Don't forget about the clam chowder! haha. The east coast has way more subaru action than the west coast (as mentioned earlier, on Nasioc at least) IMO.

02RS25 is hosting his own meets... Idk if you are in the group or not guys.. Other than that, its just the weekly meets.

AFAIK, you can only tune via tactrix or something along the lines of that.
