Those are some nice looking rims! It matches the car color well. How does it ride? They make the front discs look so tiny.

As requested, More XXR pics!

I love these wheels guys. Theyre xxr 522 in chromium black 18x8.5 +48 5x100. have had them on for a week now and wow are they awesome. great bang for the buck and i went with continental extreme contact dws tires in a size 225/40/18 these are literaly the BEST tires ive ever driven on. no road noise and soooooo smooth. an awesome upgrade from stock bridgestone potenzas. the small stretch looks great. and for all you guys wondering about wheel fitment on 2.5i's i have had ABSOLUTELY NO RUBBING and have done NO FENDER MODS. it seems the 2.5i can fit as far as an 8.5+ width without fender mods

looks nice man! i went to a car event by Simply Clean yesterday and just about every suby i saw was running either xxr's or rotas. i know that xxr isnt the most legit brand but it seems like most subaru owners are opting for less expensive wheels. god knows our mods are expensive as $H!t

Still cant believe this is what i drive to work every day.

Anticipated this for 13 months, 3 months in and every day is as exciting to get in and drive as the day i picked it up.

Just got my mine about a month ago and tinted my windows 10%, de-badged, and yellow film for the foglights since then. Fresh snow this morning in Seattle!

Got my 2011 5-Door PP on Sunday, snowed on Monday.

Loving it so far and already thinking about what I want to do with it. Definitely 20% tint to start. I'm digging back in this thread for inspiration. I eventually want to get it as dark as possible, so definitely some new wheels and possibly sport grille at some point. trishHUYNH, did you do that de-badge yourself?

^^ Here is a good place to start. http://www.3gwrx.com/forum/index.php/topic,2593.0.html If you are in snow, I would suggest some mudflaps to keep all the salt/sand off the car. IMO, there isn't a whole lot of impressive mods in this thread.

Geerolla --- de-badge is easy
you just need goo be gone, fishing line and a hot day(or blow dryer); put the goo-be-gone solvent on to dissolve the adhesive and use the fishing line to separate the badge from the car and remove the rest of adhesive with solvent and some arm strength; then clean with some rubbing compound.

I did. I just used fishing line, a hair dryer and some goo-gone. Exactly what BlueMolecule said.

Hitting the spot with some detail spray and a clay bar will get anything that is left behind. I could still see a slight outline of the letters on my car, but after the clay bar, looks like nothing was ever there.

And just to whore another picture...
