I'm a DIY person but when I can get something pre-made that would have the same result and save me a lot of time/work I generally would rather go that route. That said, it definitely feels better when it's something you've made your own

I know. You're right. The convenience is nice. That ebay one is definitely a better bargain than the other one people use that's $200+ I think.

$50 is change you can put towards something else on the car, i.e. a tank of gas.

Regardless, it a cool little mod and I think it looks great! The only thing that sucks about it is you can never see it for yourself without some help

On to another topic, I finally made a video for my exhaust setup. Best listened to with some nice speakers/sub

+1 for this and what fancy said.

Plus you can switch back to your stock ones if you change your mind down the road if you happen to sell or the like.

Installed an extended armrest today.. PAIN IN THE ASS. Had to dissemble the entire center console just to get to the hinge screws.

I remember installing mine in 10 minutes.. Maybe I'm forgetting a step, or you created extra ones?

It was 4 years ago.. It still doesn't extend quite far enough for me though.

Your 09 center console is different then the 08. I had to take off the back panel, and remove the inner pocket just to get to the 3 hinge screws that attach the lid.

I wanted it because it's black and not hard plastic. My OEM white/tan one that I plasti dipped has a 3 inch crack down the center off it closest to the cup holders.

Gotta love the cheap interior plastics on these cars!

Yeah I should have gotten a black one, didn't even think of it at the time. I guess the ivory one is cooler in the summer though.. one positive thing about it.

Thinking about buying some universal splitters and maybe trying to add them as rear spats/winglets. No idea how it will come out though.

You should use them for the sides of the front bumper and find a rear diffuser to finish the look

Cant really fit anything else in between the lip and the ground. Looking for side skirts but the OEM's are 200 bucks a side unpainted. Also the rear spats are $72 a side unpainted . If only voxmotorsports was in the US or even responded to emails.

Out of town for a few days, come home to some rain. And came with a free front splitter.

I had coverking front and rear covers then tossed on a set of 02/03 WRX seats up front. The front part bolts in rear doesn't quite line up but they were comfy!

Edit: the coverkings will be for sale soon gota pull them outa storage. They are perfect for anyone with the factory tan interior. They're tan inserts with black sides. Really helped darken things up, looked OEM, and protect the factory cloth from stains!

I know, goodies for my REXY but I like the 2.5i threads and it'd all fit on a 2.5i

Talked to Nameless Performance last wee about a cold air intake for our cars, and they said they would get right on it. Heard back from them yesterday and they said we can expect one in the first quarter of 2014!

What all did you say? How many do they plan on making? Price? Most companies bail out on 2.5i product because it's not worth it to them. The supply is way higher than the demand.

Not super car related but bought a Bluetooth stereo receiver, so I don't have the messy aux cable sticking out of the center box it's just a very small compact box that should last about 12 weeks on one charge supposedly

I feel like the cold air would be expensive tho. And would probably be better to diy weld or silicone couplers and buy a cone filter, but that's just me.
