Default Offset Help

I need to see your pics of different wheels, with the width and offset listed.

Im trying to decide what offset looks aggresive and what width to get to have the wheel sit perfectly flush.

All your comments and pictures are appreciated.

Im thinking 18x8 with a +37 offset will be flush and have a deep aggresive offset. Does this sound correct?

A common fitment is 17x8.5, 48mm, 255/40(same dia. as stock). You have to fold up or cut off rear horizontal fender lip. Greatly improves appearance. To lower car and gearing, WRXs often use 35 or 30 series tires.

but my question is ....

is 37 or 45 offset deeper. I want deep and mean looking, not flat and whack.

I think this is 37 offset...

and I think this is 45 offset...

AM I CORRECT?

The larger the number, the farther inboard the wheel sits; the smaller the number, the farther away from the strut body the wheel sits.
