Default 2012 wrx weird misfire issue

So this started happening actually a couple years ago. Sometimes out of random my car would sometimes have a hard time starting it would take me 2-3 cranks to get it started(usually will start within 10 seconds) but threw no code so didnt think much of it.
Fast forward to 2 months ago. I now have the act streetlite flywheel (just in case this matters) the car started doing the weird it wont start on first try but this time after it started I drive and i get a p0301 code and a pfffe code. I reset it. Now yesterday, it did the same thing but now i got the p0303, p0301 and pfffe code. Anyone know why Im getting these misfire codes right after my car doesnt start right away? Other than that my car feels fine no weird idle or loss of power. Thanks. So many damn issues with this car lol
Thanks guys

Just start from the top and work your way down and be patient and persistent. Misfires can be a real PITA.
