So now that's it's finally street legal, I thought I'd take the time to make a new thread to show the results of months of planning, plotting, and working on building one of the greatest GC coupes on the road today. I've been working on it since Valentines' day, and I still have to get a few more parts and install a few things, but for all practical purposes, it's done enough to show. So here it is. I still have some more numbers to gather, such as a new dyno chart and 1/4 mile slips but I will update as I get them.
I'm going to go take some more pictures soon, but here's a few I have right now. Future plans include 3 more Defi's, Side skirts, a front lip, a larger turbo (HKS GT2835 twin-scroll), And if needed, another trunk w/ a spoiler (for the track), and brake ducts routed through Driving light fog covers.


Weight: 2697 lbs (Wet, with full tank of gas)
Power: ??? (Goal: is 300-350 w/ stock turbo, 400+ with HKS turbo)
1/4 Mile time/trap: ??? (Goal: high 11/low 12-sec range on street tires)
60' Time: ??? (Goal: Around 1.6/1.7 sec)
0-60 time: ??? (Goal: 4 seconds)
Power-to-weight Ratio: ???/??? (Stock approx. 17.2-22.8lbs/HP; Goal 6.3-8.0lbs/HP)

Before it went to paint, To show the rear diff. cover & STI bits, rear diffuser will block the cover once installed.

Hell no! I made sure to make it street legal, So I can cruise around in it, and I can drive it to the track, trailers are a PITA. I build my cars to drive them (that's why this is my 3rd RS, totaled the other 2! )

I have a friend that owns a shop, I Did most of the work at his place, Installing the Drivetrain and getting it rolling again, then Trailered it to my house to finish it off.

I had them in 17's too, but they wouldn't clear the 14" brakes.
