i've tried to do search for this but all there is are rwd conversion threads and vague threads on fwd conversions. basically what i know is to disconnect the rear and welding the front diff but i would like to know in detail what i need to dissconnect and where. also what parts that need to be welded.

i am really happy with the horsepower my suby is making but i would like to get all of it and lose as less as possible through my tranny.

Thanks!

Why not remove the front left and rear right axle, plug the tranny and diff up, set the DCCD for 50/50 split, and make a completely new system?

Oh, you have got to be kidding sir. First you think of an idea that has already been done. Then you give it a title that nobody could possibly like. Didn't you think this through...

RWD is bad over 170mph?

Hm. Has he never heard of a Corvette?

My god, I think this country needs to start implementing mandatory IQ tests for car sales. The more HP, the more IQ necessary.

There should be a "knowlege of automobiles test". The outcome would identify the perfect vehicle for you.

If that's what I got for failing, I'd fail in a heartbeat. Screw steering, I can just bump my way around life like a Gran Turismo game. And I'll win!

Describe 'ride' and 'home' and then we'll see. Of course, you can always get some nawz and a BOV for the Briggs and Stratton monster strapped in the back
