Default V7/8 STi struts, springs, top hats, etc.

I am parting these out to try and sell them easier! Make some offers on the parts you want!

Top hats - $120 shipped obo
Version 7 STi top hats all four. These should fit 02-03 year sedans and possibly wagons.

Springs - SOLD
Version 7 STi springs. These should fit 02-03 year sedans and possibly wagons.

Front Struts - SOLD
Version 7 STi front struts. These should fit 02-03 year sedans and possibly wagons. Part numbers are:
20310FE000 SA RH
20310FE010 SA LH

V7 Rear Strut - SOLD
Version 7 STi rear strut. This should fit 02-03 year sedans but I'm not sure about wagons. It may fit if you use camber bolt(s). Part number is 20360FE010 SA RH

V8 Rear Strut - SOLD
Version 8 04 STi rear strut. This should fit 04 year sedans and possibly wagons. This strut is brand new (~100 miles) and would make a good replacement for your clunking strut without paying dealer prices. Note this is the replacement strut (latest) that the dealer uses. Part number is 20360FE841

More info below to help you research.
This is an excellent thread for info about the different fitment on different years and vehicles:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...=springs+02+03

If you want all of them or any combinations I'll discount the posted prices.

There is a big thread talking about the different tops/struts/spring combos out there and in post #1 it says:

"A and B revision STis(sedans and wagons) used essentially the same struts and springs in both years based on model. Example: A and B revisions of the wagon used the same parts. [The revision B PNs for front and rear struts are listed as alternatives for Rev A vehicles in the part books, theyre interchangeable. These number differences can help identify which year your takeoffs are from tho.]"

Here is the thread where this came from with lots of other good info:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...m bers+colors

The following link is also helpful for figuring out the part numbers, spring dot colors, what they came on, etc. and has pics of many of the different combos. If you go to "suspension part #'s" on that site you'll find these listed as "GDB(a) STi".

I have a question on the web sight is says that the sti ra part numbers are the same as above except for the last one. The last one doesn't match any of them on that page under suspension. So these are off a Sti spec C Ra ? Or just a STi. I am just confused. thanks Jeff

Yeah I know it is confusing. Sorry about that. These are just from a STi, and even though the strut part numbers are the same as the RA (NOT RA Spec C though) the springs are a little different and you can tell this by the spring dot colors as listed on the site.

The other strut (only the strut itself remember!) is the new 04 STi one with the 20360FE841 number and I'm almost 100% sure this is the replacement strut number for the 20360FE840 that people were getting replaced under warranty because of strut clunk on the 04 STi's.

What stuff are you looking for? PM me and I can probably work out a good deal for you. I want to get this stuff out of my garage.

Springs are sold and shipped same day to a really nice guy who will enjoy them.

Top hats guy couldn't close the deal so the tophats and struts are still for sale!

Thats funny as hell.. I gotta say. When people in japan answer the phone Or when you enter a restraunt they say mushy mushy. Pronounced: (Mooshie)
Definition: I dunno but I think it means hello hello. lol
I spent a few years there I always thought it was funny.
Any way japanpartstx.com ships over parts from japan. What ever they have coming in is on their websight. They try to sell it before it gets here. The strut guide was one of their links. You can ask for parts as well. I just thought you were part of them since you put the guide up.
No biggy thanks jeff
