Default Enginuity on a Tablet PC?

I'm in the market to but a laptop to tune with and i came across a tablet pc for 299. But i didnt know if enginuity or any of the logger programs would work on a tablet pc os. I searched around but didnt find any info? Anyone tried this yet?

a tablet pc is same as other's, just has a pen for the screen ...i have street tuner on one..you might might want to check vista compatability however

I use it on a Toshiba M200.

Microsoft's "TabletPC 2005" or whatever it's called is basically just Windows XP with a few extra features for handwriting recognition, switching the display orientation, etc.
