Default perrin bov tuning question and prep for my perrin fmic

im trying to tune my new perrin recircullating bov and am having a few problems i have the flow control screw just about all the way in and the cap about all the way out.... i can see 5 lines on the outside.... when driving i hear it blowing off when im only pushing up to 0 boost when i let it build a pound or 2 it kind of sounds like flutter i believe is the term... like its pushing air back into the turbo... im afraid to push anymore than a pound or two in fear of damaging my vf34.... plus after i get it all set up im installing a perrin fmic, trunk mount battery, and snow performance meth injection.... anybody have any ideas about speed bumps i might run into during the project???

Maybe if you posted in the correct forum you'd get the answer you're looking for.

I've installed quite a few of these. I typically set it right in the middle..no complaints, or issues.
