Default FP Green - 2.0L - 360whp on 94 octane

This was a very fun car to tune, although the power band isn't what most people are used to it looks very similiar to something you'd see on a GT35R STI. The 94 octane around here is supposedly closer to 96, and it tunes like it I had a bit of trouble keeping the boost where I wanted it, an uppipe gasket blew out while on the dyno so this car should have more power now than it did on the dyno as the gaskets were replaced afterwards.

Mods that I know of:
Spec C Intake Manifold
GT Spec Exhaust manifold
PE 800 Injectors
FP Green - 2.4" inlet, oil cooled only version
UTEC Speed Density (this car hits 5.0v on the maf)
Some loud exhaust
Greddy FMIC

And here is the graph:

WOW! nice numbers, but you are lagging WAY too much for a green. That up-pipe gasket must have had a massive leak.

Yeah I believe it did, since earlier logs of this car had full boost almost 800 rpm sooner. I think I need a chance to play with the car again since the gasket fix, make sure boost is where I want it and have him do some more dyno pulls. I'd like to see 380whp out of it before he makes it a 2.5L hybrid.

yeah it should def. spool alot faster then that. Are you hoping for 380whp on boost alone or with meth/race fuel?

boost alone, its making 360 with about 22 psi. It should hold 24 psi and the 94 octane is some good juice (So far it tunes like Meth on Stage 2 STIs)

Thanks for posting this as i couldnt figure out how to post the dyno graph picture.. Due to the bad up-pipe gasket the turbo was spooling much later than usual.. Fixed the gasket now time for Sean to do a little fine tuning.. And i so would like to see this thing hit 380whp before the hybrid 2.5L setup..Thanks again master2192 for all the awesome tuning..

Since it erased the Graph sean originally posted here it is. Laggy.

Yeah, considering our 92 octane is barely considered any better than Cali 91 it is kind of nice to have this pump 94 available. It is only available at the Cenex stations and there aren't a lot of them in the area. So far I've been able to lean out STIs to 12:1 afr and run so much timing it scares me without knock.

I am not sure, the 2.0L seems to be more sturdy than some people give it credit for. Friend of mine put 400whp, and IIRC 400wtq through his 2.0L for a short while and all it did was start pushing oil out the heads like crazy. I think he ran it at 350/350 with meth daily before the accident at the track. This motor is still alive, just temporarily at Stage 2 again.

Tuned this same setup ( NO SD ) in late 03 made 367whp on just pumpgas.. Car still ran as of 2006.. Did another one in 04 that made 405whp on c16 and 350-360 pump.. That motor is still running in another car.

So OP, are you using a WRX 5 speed with regular gears? PPG gears? STi trans of some sort? Just curious... Didn't see that listed.

Looks like ALOT of power and ALOT of fun.

Im running a stock 05wrx transmission with stock gears..Not sure how long its gonna last.. And about the lag I had a huge up-pipe leak that was causing me to spool about 800 rpms later..All fixed now..
