Default Fuel Tank Pressure.

Hey guys I got a fuel evap code. I re installed my fuel pump wrong then fixed the problem, in that process I snapped a stud on one of the 8 holding the lid on..... Trying to see what the psi readings are I am seeing -0.02 thru -0.09 I dont know if its supposed to be negative or positive, just trying to see if I screwed myself over. Whats normal? thanks
