Thanks for info, so if I took the wiring harness from my 09 aftrrmaket, it would be plug and play with the 2013?

The connector and pins for power, speakers, illumination, and power antenna control are all the same on all non-nav 2008-up Impreza/WRX/STI/OBS, Crosstreks, and all 2009-up non-nav Foresters.

All of those have wires for the steering wheel controls on pins 4 and 14 (even if the wheel doesn't have the buttons). 2011-up models with Bluetooth built into the HU added a 3rd SWC wire at pin 13. See ae64.com for additional info.

Oh hi guys! I've been at this myself recently. Working now on getting access to the firewall to route the sensors through. Pic below is all cleaned up now, wired, and working!
