Default HISS sound with tactrix cable

When I am logging and connect laptop to my car-radio using a jack connector the music I play comes with a huge HISS sound caused by TACTRIX cable.

Sound like a grounding issue.
but ask a tuner to look it through for you.

A ground loop isolator may help. Radio Shack carries them. We use them at work to eliminate hum in mics.

another intersting observation from the tactrix cables on MY06wrx is the cabin light. When the datalogger is hooked up, the cabin light turns on for a while. pretty wierd, but it happens.
