Microsoft. - Oh that's taken.

Ummm... let's see... you going to be specializing in any marque? (Subaru perhaps?)

Are these performance parts or just 'parts'?

A little more info of what you're doing (what's your bros name too) can help get the creative juices rolling better.

We are going to try and cater to a wide variety of cars....and yes of course, subaru's. We don't want to limit our selves to just imports either, we might sell some domestic parts as well. My bro's name is Jeff.

So far, these are some names we came up with.

360 Motorsports
Penninsula Motorsports
Pacific Northwest Racing

Could really use some ideas.

Thanks guys.

Default Let me take a stab at this...

1. Nick's Nick-Knacks.
2. Imps
3. Boxer sports (not shorts)

...or are you thinking of a COOL name like "Pleiadesport" or something only recognized by Soobists?

Hey, that might just convince me to keep the taurus and not get a WRX However, if you want a low mileage brown '92 Taurus I think I know where I could find you one

Needs to be something that will encompass all performance parts.
We won't really specialize in one specific make. Although most of the people around here drive hondas.

One vote for "Minute Rice Motorsports "

er.......

Maybe not.

Find something that will stick in people's minds!

"Your Car Sucks Motorsports"

You can hand out stickers that say "Your Car Sucks" for people to put on the back of their cars.

Or maybe instead of "Your Car Sucks", be cute and use YCS Motorsports... Then your customers will think they're special because they know the inside joke.

I think that my bro is leaning towards the 360 Motorsports.
If we get this up and running, I'll be working with him so I'm sure I can swing some pretty good deals!!! I'll keep you all posted.

Austin: when we start up, will be out of the house for a little while, but hopefully if all goes well, we are going to try and open a shop in silverdale!!

Should be no time for that!!

Default Sweet Dream.

Yea, I've been kicking around the idea of opening up my own shop, but I'm pretty sure it's a pipe dream. The only problem I have with having a shop is a bunch of honda's comming in to buy unpainted body parts to slap on their car so they can claim extra hp's

And the kicker to that part is, unless you sell a bunch of is300 lights and crappy equipment, you won't really be profitable.
It's really too bad there arn't enough enthusiasts to start up a subaru tuning shop or at least a shop that's dominated by the "Fast and Furious" influence

Anyhow, good luck with your shop. The name I was kicking around with was XS motorworks or something like that. Make sure you give us i-clubers discounts when you open!

Talking

Hell yeah dude. When we do get open, everyone here on i-club will be getting good deals. Here and on Club-SI. (I have friends that drive Hondas) Just waiting for my bro to finalize everything. It's primarily going to be his shop, of course with lots of help from me!!
