Default Painted headlights, so here's some pics.

Went to my spot to take pics again! Im thinking about taking the lip off tomorrow or so because not many people like it and since I painted my headlights, I believe my front end looks a lot better and doesn't need a lip right now... oh yeah, and I took my plate off, I hope I don't get harrased by local police (very illegal here and my car is noticeable, meaning cops know my car so im sure they'd notice...)
and in case anyone wondered, it's a diy lip.
Oh yeah, and I also painted my emblem blue for my grille, but... I need to buff it baaaaad... plastx isn't helping much on it, its that damn nail polish remover **** that got on it >_<

lol ^^^

Meaning there felt like something was missing, and I think the headlights cured that problem, but now when I take the lip off, something might be missing as well, and im broke so can't afford a real lip at the moment.. haha, holidays suck.

Fully stock headlights or JDM/EDM's look best, IMO.

cops arent gonna harass you for blacking out the chrome.. the only spot that could be an issue but probably wont is the the turn sigal reflector that you painted.. otherwise the headlight keeps the same functionality as stock

edit: blahhhhhhh didnt realize u were talking about the front plate!!!!

Looks good. I need to go paint my badge now.

I bet removing all the stickers would offset the lack of a license plate

honestly because on one of the headlights I finished first, I was like "...****, I forgot about the covers, OH well, time to find some orange bulbs" and actually I donty think they are illegal because since they are a dimmish white, I notied a lot of SUVs and luxury cars have them, so I dont think i'd get harrased. Sure I was gonna do the koji mod but didnt find the right size in all the threads I read on every forum.

After I painted my headlights plus the PVC pipe orange-tipped-tube for the turn signal, I think it looks sooo much better then the stock chromed out headlights. Projectors are the only thing that looks better on a bugeye IMO. Screw all the ppl who think it looks worse that way .

well, as long as you like them. i like chrome better... it's a headlight so it makes sense to have it be reflective... i think the all black housing just accentuates all the worse parts of the bugeye light design.
i dunno, i just like stock more.

The most usable light is still chrome (low/high beam bulbs)....the others are not, and it's even worse when you get the sti sidemarkers that cover tha orange on the side fenders... lol, talk about not being safe...
