Exclamation Heads up on I295 (mostly south & central jersey)

Just want to make everyone aware for about the past month or so state police has been out IN FORCE, like crazy on a rampage for stopping speeders. I recently got pulled over and got 3 tickets in one stop on I295 in Mt. Laurel. Also I've been noticing there are people getting pulled over all over the place and more and more speed traps outside of their usual hiding spots. As soon as I get onto the highway i see one right after another. I think they are on some I295 campaign against speeders, cuz its NUTS out there. I set my cruise on 69mph and no more. They are on a RAMPAGE people so if you need to speed, don't do it on 295.

Anyone else notice this? I just wanted to warn all you lead footed subie drivers (that would include myself).

Hey guys,

Usually there are few cops SOUTH of exit 32 (Voorhees/CherryHilly/Haddonfield)
on I-295.

North of that Exit...
slow your ass down.

Yeah, kinda thick on the Turnpike as well. Sunday we travelled between DE and Freehold, and kept it <= 70 after so many sudden tailight blips ahead.

Because the median is grassy in the dangerous part of 295, the troopers love to clock people while driving at them from the other side of the highway. They will pop you and then do a U-turn across the grassy median. Be aware. I've always regarded 295 as risky to speed on. Lots of troopers and lots of ways for them to get you unexpectedly.

Don't Get mad they are only doing there job. if you have a radar detector use it. use common sence.and if you know any on the job it would be good to ask for a courtesy card. be safe out there.
