I dont have pets of my own... Unless you count the rugrat

These are my parents dogs, the white one is Kaiser, and The blonde is Bud.

Kaiser has a long tongue and likes to make sure Bud is very clean

I can definately see the pyr in chloe. If she got any of the pyrenees temperment she will be an awsome dog and loyal to a fault. My family has had several great pyreneese in the last couple decades and they have been awsome. RIP rocky, greatest dog ever, not him but looks like him:

I'll say that I didn't like cats until I met my girl. Now I think that they get a bad rep. My cats are the bees knees. Still want a dog but it wouldn't be fair. We work and travel too much.

My knucklehead named Bishop.

My bitched named Jessie.

These pictures remind me that I need to take new ones. This was over a year ago. Bishop weighs nearly 80 pounds and Jessie is like 65 pounds.

Third dog in this pic is Chuy (pronounced Chewy). I had to give him away a while back but he is doing well. This is the last pic I took of him.

This thread makes me want a dog so bad. I've got a deposit down on a yorkie that I will be picking up in the middle of January.

lilo, my dairy cat... (loves luci, but hates lexi. actually, i think she's jealous of her BFF status w/ the gimp)

luci, the 3 legged ewok gimp tripod fuzzy butt (loves everyone, but best friends with lexi)

lexi, the psycho husky/chow/muppet pup (protects her best friend luci. taunts, teases, and annoys lilo anytime she can)

lilo and lexi caught with the cell. very rare to see them near each other, unless they are running. i had to hide around the corner.

Luci's adorable...I love how animals deal with physical handicaps. Doesn't seem to bother them at all.

I love Lilo. She looks just like our cat we lost to the pet food recall in April, right down to the black chin and spot on the nose.

actually the story goes: wifey got a call from her friend at a vet saying they found this cute kitty on the side of the road that someone had tossed. it had a dead leg and they couldn't figure out why. they said they'd take it off if we took the cat. i told the vet we'd take her if i got a 25% discount on all services forward(why pay full when i only have 75% of a cat??). she agreed and doesn't charge office visits and yes, that IS the jew in me
we already had lilo.

then the surgery...

we wanted to call luci 'Stitch' (get it? lilo and stitch??) but didn't want to give her a complex. and yes, i wanted to go with tripod. wifey said no.

anywho, after all that time learning how to manuever w/ the dead leg, she lost her equilibrium and kept face planting everywhere. we were laughing so hard, it was just like watching I Love Lucy marathons.. which is where we got the name

wifey is often cruel, though. she takes the feather sticky thing so luci swats at it with her right arm. then she does it to her left, and it looks like a little kid with its arm stuck in its shirt otherwise, in a straightline race, luci literally is faster than both lilo AND lexi

That must have been horrible. I was just thinking how lucky we are that we feed the boys what we do. We don't have (nor do we inted to have) kids so the cats are pretty dear to us. I would have killed someone had that been us. Sorry to hear that.

see, I can be nice sometimes.

It was horrible. She was our first baby / kitty and the only one of our cats that would play with our daughter. She became Meadow's kitty after she was born. We tried for two weeks to save her. Took her to the best vet in Austin. The Vet even took her home on the weekends to care for her. Her liver failed and then the pancreas, they gave her blood transfusions but finally she went into cardiac arrest. They brought her back but we decided that day that if she was tired of fighting then we should let her go. I still miss her all the time.
