This would be a great way to "break-in" my subi, I think it would classify as a wrx in the Unlimited catagory.

I'm so excited that i'll be going there this year. I am a part of Turbo Freaks Production and will be a spare camera man for the event. Thanks for the list of major competitors, gives me an idea what to look for.

Agreed, but this was in response to a conversation we had about them competing after they expressed interest in doing so. The implication is competiting.

Yeah...I can't speak either way on that as I do not know their situation.

Also, to anyone interested in doing the non competition trackdays, there is still room. Walk ons will be allowed if there is room, but its better to sign up before

Finally got some suspension upgrades done to the 2007 Legacy GT project, so what the hell, let's race it!

I'll be driving the LGT in the competition: VF40 18G + Nitto NT01's baby! I'm probably going to get my ass kicked, but it should be a good time.

See everyone there! Any Subie-locals want to show me around the booming metropolis of Parumph?

Funny, everyone keeps telling me that! I'm guessing at this point that it's not a joke.

Unlimited class = AMS Evo 2:48 only 3 race laps
Mod class = Harman STI-mxpop 3:05 only 6 race laps
Street class = Harman STI-mxpop 3:09 only 2 race laps

Note:
-3.5 mile course, excellent weather on race day
-Harman-mxpop got only 7 practice laps due to broken axle on Sat morning
-AMS got no laps on Sun except for final 3 race laps due to blown turbo
-Event very well ran by promoter and SpeedVentures

BTW, "mynes" Evo (2nd in mod class) filed a protest against Harman-mxpop regarding fuel. Outcome still pending but everything on Harman-mxpop car is within the promoter's tech guidlines (in fact our STI was 200lbs heavier than the Evos and was runing 245 tires to all the others running 275). Proof of legal fuel was also provided to officials.
