Received a report that this was paid for and never received.
The person who made the report needs to post in this thread, with all relevant information to document the claim (PMs/emails, payment receipts w/o personal info, etc), then report the thread again for further review and a possible move to Scammer Central.

Here is the first start to the PM's.

It's not an excuse but I found out that I have a cracked ringland around the time you purchased the knob.. with work and school and doing research on what I need to do to get my car back up.. i simply forgot. It IS going out today though. Again, I am very sorry.

Looks like the buyer has a strong case.

Seller, post up the tracking info for this shipped item today, please. Or refund his Paypal.

not really taking anyone's side here. Just telling like how it is because I ship quite a lot of stuff to Canada.

USPS Internatioal Priority does not offer tracking. But it does offer tracking if seller opt to use a different shipping method (cost more of course). But with that said, it usually takes about 6-10 days to across the border, and it is also subject to Canada's Border Custom for inspection and that will also cause some delay in time.

I agree with the buyer... He either should have got it by now or it was sent back to the seller or he never sent it at all.

Default Re: sti knob
I told you I will refund you after a week of waiting. I shipped out the knob and was very hesitant to even consider shipping to Canada. I guess I should've followed my instinct. If you even considered my position, you would understand that we BOTH are losing with this transaction.. and it was my fault for shipping the knob 2 weeks late but it was sent out. I do not know how long it usually takes for stuff to get across the border but I would guess it takes longer than usual.

fyi.. I believe I've been pretty good with the situation and I did take responsibility for shipping the knob out late. I gave you a choice of refund or taking hte knob. I even gave you a deadline on WHEN i would refund you and you couldn't wait another day or two before ruining my chance of future sales.

Anyway, it's in the past for me. Take care guys.

Lboogie, you can put away those guns now.
