Default Airboy Spreadsheet

I was doing a search for helpful tuning tools on here and openecu forums, and I caught mention of Airboy's spreadsheet from a cache of enginuity on google. After a bit of searching, I still couldn't find the actual excel file. Does anyone have the most current revision of it that I could get from them?

Thanks in advance!

Chris

It calculates the rom timing curve based upon your load and rpm logs and then compares your logged timing to the rom timing. The rom timing curve is based upon an interpolation of the 4 closest points.

It makes it really easy to tune timing.

Beyond that, there are additional tools built into it but I mainly use it to tune timing. I don't think there is a better tool out there to tune timing.

Thank you!
This spreadsheet is awesome... great job to the person (people?) who coded it. Very cool.

The "Airboy Spreadsheet", an Enginuity tuners best resource!

Thanks to Sunny (Airboy) who did the majority of the work, and mickeyd2005 for his contributions to it.

Great job guys!

I actually don't find the spreadsheet self-explanatory. Are there instructions somewhere?

What do you mean? Everything makes perfect sense to me

There is some info on the first sheet that covers some of the buttons and whatnot. There are also some "comments" added some pages to explain the purpose of some functions.

Beyond that, someone else may have to write a "user manual".

Actually, doesn't matter. The NA tables are a different size (rows x cols) than the turbo tables and this is causing a "subscript out of range" error. So it looks like I won't be using it after all.

The spreadsheet should handle different table sizes (turbo cars also have different table sizes). I don't have access to 2.5i a ROM so if you email one to me, I could take a look. Which table was giving you problems?

I'll pm you my contact info.

It didn't say which table, or even sheet, was giving it fits. Once I changed them and saved the file, it complained. I'm following up on your PM now.

The base timing tab can only handle 20 load columns and 24 rpm rows because it runs into other data.

Will this spreadsheet handle a 2002 WRX?
I only see options for 04 and up...

^^ Yes it will handle a 2002 WRX. I use it on mine all the time. The year car really doesnt matter.

I suspect you are referring to the Acceleration Sheet with the model years, weights, coefficients of drag, etc. This is just a nice to have "road dyno" tool and those numbers arent used other places in the spreadsheet.
