FS: 2004 Subaru WRX STi with lots of extras! - $24500 in San Jose, CA
I am selling an excellent condition 2004 WRX STi that has been adult driven and never raced by either myself or the previous owner. The title is clean (I can provide the autocheck) and there are no dents, dings, scratches, etc. This car has been my transportation for my 20 mile commute for about half a year and it rarely ever gets to be driven the way it was meant to be driven. The oil was changed religiously by the previous owner and by myself as I have all records of this. It was also serviced by Subaru for the 15k mile and the 30k mile mark (I have all receipts). It has been fun, but now I'm looking for something more practical. I have tastefully modified the car to ensure the most efficiency out of the stock turbo but not at the cost of reliability. To be honest, this is how the car should have been tuned from the factory.
The mileage is approximately 44,800 miles which is the average amount for this type of car. I purchased the car at approximately 41,000 miles. The previous owner never modified the car.
Extras are as follows:
Cobb Access Port v1- $375
Megan Racing Downpipe - $175
Perrin Dual Tip Catback Exhaust - $520 (very low profile with a nice rumble, the stock exhaust and downpipe are included with the sale in case you want to revert back to stock)
NGK One Step Colder Spark plugs - $45
GM 3 Port Boost Solenoid - $50
Hawk HP+ Brake Pads - $240 (still over 90% of their life left)
Tokico D-Spec Adjustable Shocks - $650 (less than 1000 miles)
Swift Sport Springs - $276 (less than 1000 miles)
Professionally Road Tuned by Ed from EQ Tuning - $350 standard charge for tuning. The car made 268awhp and 320 lbs of torque.
Modest Tint on front and rear driver and passenger side windows
MP3 compatible Alpine head unit
Over $2500 worth of parts and labor! I understand I can't get back what I paid for so that's why the price is so low.
I also had the motor compression and leak down tested by GST and the numbers were amazing. 150psi on all 4 cylinders, 3% for the 1st 3 cylinders and 4% leakdown on cylinder 4. These numbers are better than some brand new WRXs that I've seen.
KBB price for an STi in excellent condition is $23,650 so you can do the math.
Pictures are slightly old. Aside from it being lower now and having the exhaust, the condition of the car is the same.
Test drives will only be given to serious buyers. No lowballers please.
