Default Engine check lights

I have a 02 WRX, just went with a intercooler, waste gate, blow off valve and 3" exhaust upgrade.

When I step on it, it gets to about 4000 rpm, and I get a big bump from the engine and the engine check light comes on.

Then every time I do it, it does the same thing.

does anybody know why this would be happening and what I can do about it.

It is very confusing and frustrating.

I am tired of taking it back to the dealer and theem telling me its fixed when it isnt.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like your hitting fuel cut. Do you have a boost controller?
Basically it means your running too much boost for the stock ECU. Fuel cut is at about 18 psi give or take depending on the car.
If you don't have a boost controller, I don't know what to tell you other than check your install again, I'd wager to say that something was done wrong. If you do have a boost controller, turn it down a bit.
Good luck.

If your CEL came on and the dealer turned it off, then the dealer should have read one or more diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from the WRX's ECU. Do you know the code(s)? DTCs might show up on your work order or repair sheet you got from the dealer.

Hmmm

What do you mean by:

Do you mean that you've adjusted the wastegate rod length or something dumb like that?

If so, then I would say that you're hitting overboost fuel-cut and CEL.

Read up on i-club about this issue and learn.

If that's not the case, then sorry
