Default Snow Day!!!

Took a quick trip up north to Payson with my son to see the snow. Had to actually get up the rim before it was everywhere. Highway Patrol was blocking the roads, chains or 4x4 only. He looked at my car and was like, "uh, is this 4 wheel drive?" "Nope, All wheel drive!" He just said, "Have fun and dont get stuck!"

Heh, that's awesome.

I was thinking driving to work this morning that all the damn rain has got to have made the higher elevations freaking blanketed... 3 day weekend coming up. Hmm... might be time to thow the snow tires back on for a drive...

It was coming down VERY heavy once on the rim. There was about 8in. of snow on the sides of the road. It was just rain in Payson.
I haven't driven in snow yet and it was weird to feel the ABS doing its thing in the snow.
