Default Upgraded 2.0 heads with 2.5 block

Planned mods:
2.5 STi bottom end
Perrin headers/up-pipe
turboXS TBE
Large TMIC
20G turbo

Is it worth doing headwork ie. Porting/polishing heads, 264/264 cams, full ferrea valve train? "Worth" meaning will i see extra power?

Of course you'll see extra power but whether or not its worth the added cost, thats up to you. I asked my tuner if it was worth upgrading the heads when I did my hybrid build and they told me unless I'm planning to go big with the turbo, it's not orth it. You're only doing a 20g so I'd say sock heads would be fine.

I have a hybrid setup with a FP Green turbo, stock heads, STI cams and the car is awesome. I also have Perrin headers,TXS TBE and a TXS TMIC and Meth. Talk about a wolf in sheeps clothing......It's just a little wagon..

Anything you do will make extra power. The horsepower per dollar equation is always the key, and how fast you want to go. I have a 2.5 hybrid with a FP green and stock 2.0 heads and I put 400 to the wheels on pumpgas.... thats plenty for a daily driver.. :-)
