If you have decent to good credit, there are many mortgage options out there for even only 5% down. In some cases, you can still find 100% financing with decent rates also.

Looks like you'll have to borrow the money just like most other people who buy their homes. Mtg. payments on 200k with even a small down payment are pretty low. Nice low condo fee also.

I'm myklwrx's gf, and I'm waiting to hear back from the bank to see if we would be able to get a loan of that size, and aproximately how much a month it would be.

*crosses the fingers*

I can tell you approx. how much the loan would be but yes you will have to wait for the bank to see if they will approve you for the amount. I sent Mike a PM with the amount of the fees and bills. I would be nice to have another Subaru end up in the garage, maybe with another in the driveway Maybe I would even leave the rally posters up! I should have posted a photo of my old 02 WRX in the garage. Not sure if I have a photo of the old 04 WRX in there though.

BTW, I think I have seen your SRR WRX around town. I have been leaving cards on many Subies around trying to promote my tuning business.

If things look good with the bank, give me a call to come see it. I can help save some money on the lawyer/ realtor/ closing costs also. PM me for info.

Bump for not being able to get it right now
Finances are kinda low, and waiting til we're back into work from the accident to save a bit and get a "real place"

Hopefully someone can enjoy this place like we would have, it's a beautiful town house.

The Duramax wouldn't fit in the garage bay! Too bad you sold the STI- we could've worked a trade
