Default Snow, ice, rain

We were anticipating a snowstorm here in southern Quebec but it ended up being rather disappointing. A few inches which was promptly iced over making for a layered mess. I wouldn't mind driving the rex in some powdery white stuff at least _once_ this season,

I couldn't help but smile at my good fortune of being able to get out of a parking spot rather easily. Put it in first, declutch a bit and it just plops out rather satisfyingly. Others on my block weren't so fortunate as I could hear the loud screeching and screaming of tires spinning uselessly.

Ahhh, the beauty of all wheel drive... I was having a blast this morning, even drifted part of an on-ramp...

We may get lucky and get some more snow this week-end. I'm going to the Quebec rally tomorrow, should be FUN!

Hmmm I picked the WRONG day to drive to Lachute. Left at 12:30 didn't get there till 2:45 ... freezing rain all the way.

The way back was fine, till about 1/2 way when I got hit by the worst snow squall i've seen. I was cruisin' fine then BAM, total white out. It was like hitting a wall !! Weirdest thing i've seen.

Default Lachute

Where in Lachute is the Dealer?

I've been through town several times, going from Ottawa to Mt Saint Saveaur(sp), and didn't spot the Dealership.

Sane stuff here;we got snow, then some freezing rain a bit. At 4am this morning I went for a drive, what a blast!! The only car I saw was a cop, I was going a bit to fast, but he didn't even stop me, I'm not complaining! The roads here are still snow covered, they look like rally roads. I hope it's still like this tonight when nobody will be driving on them, besides me.

We've already had our burst of lousy weather last week. Blowing snow and sleet and really really icy roads. Driving sucked for awhile...

Coming into lachute on the 148 (from Hawkesbury), the 148 will turn into rue principale. You cross a bridge going into lachute, then after you cross a second bridge their is road called providence that goes kinda north. follow that and you'll be at the dealership. It's not really in the town itself.
