Whats up guys, hope someone has my answer. If my car was tuned with a MBC on it can I switch over to the stock BCS with out blowing anything up from running lean or such?

Blow it up from running lean? No, since you wouldn't be touching anything related to the fueling system.
But from overboosting? Sure Depends on how your boost control tables are set up in the tune. |

What all is on the car? Maybe just flash an OTS stage 1 or 2 map. If you don't know what to look for, then you shouldn't try to tune the boost control system. It's not something you just sit down with one afternoon and nail it.

Was it ever tuned on the vf43 with the downpipe on the stock BCS, or has it always been using the MBC with that turbo?

Then you'll need to get the boost control system tuned.

You would get a tune for it. Whether or not it's worth it is a decision only you can make.
