Description:

Hey Guys

I am selling easily one of the cleanest hatches on the east coast. This car shows like new. I have spent the past four and a half years on this project with a great attention to quality and detail. This car has a 2001 USDM ITR B18C5 swap with less than 23,000 miles. The trans was bought new from Acura and has less than 8,000 miles. DC Sports 2.5 inch JDM header and Greddy SP Exhaust. Erik's Racing chipped P28 ECU. Del Sol VTEC intake box and intake tube with K&N filter. Complete Integra GSR suspension front and rear with new EBC rotors and Acura pads. New front upper control arms and all new sway bar links. Neuspeed springs with Koni struts and shocks. Ultra lightweight Motegi Traklite wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. New dual core radiator to replace the single core. There are several thousand dollars worth of new Honda parts including new windshield, hatch glass, hatch spoiler, all windshield moldings and cowl, new wipers and arms, new hood, front bumper with lower lip spoiler, new side skirts, new Honda carpet and mats, new console pieces, new Corbeau racing seats, new Honda shift boot, etc. Momo steering wheel. DC Sports shift knob. Full Memphis Sound stereo system with pro series 12-inch sub and Memphis 400-watt amplifier with clean install. I have a book of receipts for this car for everything. I have driven this car back and forth to work on and off for the past few years and have put 8,000 miles on the swap. The paint on the car is less than a year old and the car has been driven less than 2,000 miles since paint and new interior parts were installed. This car is very tight and extremely clean. I have invested more than $20,000.00 into this car. Will sell for $12,000 or best offer. Serious inquiries only please.

I bought the motor from a salvage yard here in NC. I have documented proof of everything, and by everything I mean down to every single piece of trim that has been replaced on the car.

Yes, the numbers will come up clean.

That is an insult if you ask me...

Bump for Seafoam green but $12k? If you posted this on a Honda site you'd pull maybe $7500 or so. Not taking anything away from your car as it is very clean but the chassis is worth maybe $700 dollars now on KBB and that's what most people take into consideration.

I've been building Honda's for 8 years and can ring off every part I bought over the course of those years and nothing ever adds up when you have to sell it. Best bet would be to find somebody that wants to trade a newer vehicle for yours that's worth more on the books.

Just my $.02

Nick.
