If you cut the bottom off of the front of the rear flares, could you rotate the flare until the door seam lined up?

yes, that's the plan.

the flares are universal for 4 doors. i was suprised they lined up as well as they did. some work is required for a decent fit, but i care more about getting some more tire under this thing.

nope, don't know who he is. i just searched and searched for something that i thought would work. now, i just need to get on it and get them fitted. already ordered 17x9's and 255's 235's are just not enough at the track!

i'll probaby repaint the whole car, once the flares are done.

thanks U so much wgnwheel for the info on the fender flares.....btw, do u guys think its really safe to put wheel spacers so that the wheel would sticks out?? (might be a whole new different topic) but how much stress will it put on spacers? lets say the spacers are 2-3 inches.

WGNWHEEL: do you have, or are you going to start a thread on your flare progress? Looks like it is going to turn out very nice.

Why do spacers? Just do a wide wheel with a low offset. Or a small spacer with a good offset.

i don't have a current thread, but as soon as i get some real progress going, i'll start one. i'm in the process of doing cusco front, center and rear diffs so that's where all my funds are right now

p.s. i currently run small spacers up front(10mm) w/ +48 with no issues.

Could you do a +38 and get the same results? I don't understand the spacers (still learnin' here).

P.M me so we don't jack your thread.

You can,but there's some advantages when going wide to running spacers. For instance, on my 10" wide wheel I can run a 40mm offset on the rear, however need a 25" mm on the front due. I run a 40mm offset wheel, front and rear with a 15mm spacer on the front. That way I can rotate my tires (important if you're trying to ring all the available life possible out of a set of r comps.)

I like them, thinking about picking up a set so I can fit my CCW's inside my fender.
