Default vibration

lately i notice when am slowing down from 100km am getting a vibration i think the rotors are damage

If the vibration is happening when you are on the brakes it is probably uneven deposits on the rotor (warped rotors is what most people refer to them as). Either get new rotors or get your existing rotors turned if they have enough life left in them.

ok i think i will get the shave and sometime i hear a loud clack coming from the brakes i will mash the brakes and release then while the car is rolling of you will here it. this only happen when am driving really slow like about 5km

Its possible your caliper is sticking and it takes a bit of pressing on the brakes to release it. The clack could be the pad loosening itself.
