Need some local's advice

If I were looking to buy commercial property for an entertainment type of place, where would be a good spot to buy? Looking for somewhere with a lot of foot traffic/tourists.

Would Vancouver be a good spot to build something like this?

Never mind. After further investigation, I don't think it would be a very good site.

yah, you may be right. you're going to end up getting shot at or grazed by wayward bullets because of vancouver's latest attraction. "gangland shoot em' up showdown"!!!

I think he figured out that people in Van rarely are on foot. They're all on their high horses.
