Default Brake and Clutch Pedal Sticking in Cold Weather

I live in Gunnison, CO were the weather rearly gets about -5 degrees in the winter and is usually -20 at night. I drive about 30 mins to work every day and I have noticed that after driving for about 10 miles (after the car is well past warm) the clutch and brake pedal get realy sticky and are really hard to press in. if I stop and shut off the car for about 5-15 minutes and restart it the problem is gone and the pedals are back to normal. any ideas what is causing this and what I need to do to fix it? my car is a 2005 WRX wagon and it is still under warranty (the dealer is 1 hour away and I need someone to drop me off, so I would like to know what going on first and if it is an easy fix). Thanks

Alex

my dsm does that when it's below 0 here in Michigan.

If you bleed the line it could help. And/or new fluids.
But when ever it happens while I'm driving, I just pump the pedal really fast and it kinda goes away. the brakes, I'm not so sure that that would work though.
