Exclamation Need Help from someone in Denver area...

So Im reaching the end of my rope with my RS. I just replaced the alt last night and it has been nothing but trouble since. I somehow lost roughly half the overflow bottle of coolant in the engine bay (read other post by me, rad seems ok I think it came from top of rad area due to coolant being on fan blades and dripping down from there), and now to top it all off I have a very faint white smoke coming from the engine when I rev it or hold it steady at 3k rpm as I was doing this afternoon checking for leaks....

If there is anyone here in Denver who would be willing to take a look at it and lemme know what is wrong with it or even possibly help fix it that would be great.....Im just near the end and Ill admit Im only slightly mechanically inclined and Im beginning to feel that I am over my head...any help is greatly appreaciated.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty clueless about engines. There's a lot of good shops up in Denver though.

How long have you had the engine running since you noticed smoke.

White smoke is coolant smoke. But maybe it all just didnt burn off all the way?

You can try calling SUBA Performance 720-261-4709, they are a Subaru shop in Denver (3945 Blake St.). Did you knock the hose off the cap, or loosen it? If all that is fine, it sounds to me that your rad is coming apart at the end cap. That happens to a lot of Subaru, some times it comes and goes, but always ends up leaking all the time.

small update...drained and refilled rad, no signs of overheating and no coolant loss...Im thinking it must have just been an air bubble in the system that caused it to come out of the overflow bottle. Still anyone else know of some good shops in the Denver area? I know of Super Repair in Boulder but honestly it would be such a PITA to drive to Boulder just for service, anyone heard anything about Roo's Only?

There are a few Subaru shops in Denver, suba and boostbuddy.com/Speedy Roopair (18355 E Girard Ave Aurora CO 80013) are both set up to do just about any and everything your Subaru can need. Suba does a lot of swaps, Speedy Roopair is an old Subaru repair shop that teamed up with boostbuddy for a full mix of parts and services. I have known both of them for years now thats why I bring up their names. I have never worked with Roo's only, so I can't say. You can try asking over on awdpirates.net, there are a lot more active Colorado people there.
