Default FS: '98 Legacy GT Ltd sedan (Boston) $4500 obo

Hey guys, i need to sell my '98 Legacy GT Limited sedan. It's Glacier white, Automatic transmission, 2.5 DOHC engine, currently at 99,600 miles but keep in mind it's still being driven but i will try to keep it under 100k. Fully loaded obviously being the Limited model with black leather interior, sunroof etc. a/c works pretty good and i have the WRX 6-disc CD player in there. The car runs and drives excellent. Everything is up to spec except for a few things.. don't worry i will list what it needs so you know what you're getting into:
1. It has the infamous Subaru piston slap. louder on startup but it doesn't really quiet down that much unless i use a thicker oil like 10w-40 or something. It has sounded this way since i bought the car over 3 years ago and has no effect on the performance of the car whatsoever.
2. Valve cover gaskets are leaky and should be replaced. (est. $400?)
3. Power steering fluid is starting to seep out of the pump, not bad currently but eventually might have to replace the steering pump. (est. $500?)
4. Window tint might be too dark to pass inspection. (est. $200 to remove tint?)
5. Slight damage to the pass. side rear quarter when i got hit last year from a woman coming out of a side street without looking. i kept the insurance money and tried to fix it myself. hard to see it in the pics you have to be looking at it kinda close to see the damage. anyway it's just cosmetic. (est. $400 that's what i got from insurance)
okay so other than that the car needs nothing: headgasket, timing belt, waterpump, brakes, tires, spark plugs, air filter, all fluids etc.. have been replaced.
ok so KBB is saying $6,000 so minus $1500 (from what i listed above) = $4500 (or best offer)
Reason for selling: simple, too many cars. this needs to go. need more cash to mod the WRX (just kidding).
anyway click here for some pics:

oh btw it currently has my WRX rims on it, forgot to mention that.. i also still have the factory rims for it.

oh i had a writeup on how to install power folding heated side mirrors on the legacy. i did get both the power folding and heated function to work but just too lazy to finish the write-up. anyway i took the write up down cuz i sold the JDM mirrors and put the stock ones back on to sell the car.
anyway let me know what your friend thinks
