Default Can you pass inspection in DE if you arent catted?

Its amazing how much I forgot since having my last subaru. I want to get a G200 exhaust and a downpipe (preferaby non-catted) but I dont want to run into problems when having to get inspected.

The car is an 02 wrx, so it is OBD2 and I wouldnt need the sniffer. I would eventually get an AP which I think would take care of the CEL that would have gone off for the o2 sensor (right?).

Anyone know?

The AP will take care of the code. But the car will smell like its catless...

You will fail the visual inspection if the inspector knows what they are doing. Just get a high flow... your car won't smell and you won't lose any power.

It's a lot cheaper to rob a bank than it is to get a decent job, too.

^thats how I plan on getting the money to purchase one, so getting the cheapest of the two will either allow me to rob fewer people OR buy an uppipe too! woot

I passed inspection fully cattless. And my car doesnt look stock at all. They just plug right in and read any codes you have. If you clear the codes, you will pass.
they failed me for having clear sidemarkers anyway though...
