Default single port headers

How do the single port headers work? If I want to custom make one, what material/diameter should I use? cheers

I wouldn't use the same tubing Borla uses.....it's way too thin. Besides that, go for similar diameters and aluminized steel/mild steel.

The turns suck on the OEM header. Anything you can do to have it merge smoothly will be a bigger improvement than changing the tubing diameter.
