Default Collection: Assembly line goofs (oversights)....

Looking to build up a list of errors by the factory. Could be any manufacturer. Would like to focus on mishaps after 1990. Anything from being misbadged to assembled with the wrong drivetrain. If we could make a list following the same format it would be easier/faster to go read.

Example:

1) Year, Make, Model

2) Mistake(s) made

Lets see what we can come up with. Thanks for your help in advance

my '95 f-150 no oil right off the assembly line, seized when I started it for the test drive.
Got it for $4k under MSRP because of it and the dealer rebuilt it to my specs. 180k miles later still runs like a champ.
