Default Replacing a few parts, but have some ?'s

I have 96k miles on the car (I have a 2000 2.5RS, so a SOHC EJ25), I auto-x it regularly and want to get some things taken care of before the season starts.
I am looking at doing a few things very soon.

-Timing Belt
-Clutch/Flywheel
-LSD front Diff (OBX)

I've done some searching and read about a bunch of other things I'd like to replace while I'm in there. I've looked into sourcing the parts, but have run into a few questions.

Things to replace along with the timing belt:
-Cam Seals
-Front Main seal
-Water Pump and seal
-Thermostat and gasket - started sticking
-Thermostat housing - Is this something I should replace?
-Idler pulleys - How many are there? (Smooth, Cogged)
What type are they? (I've found single style bearing and double style bearing, and smooth rollers and also cogged rollers)
-Tensioner - Hydraulic or not?

Things to do when replacing the diff/clutch/flywheel:

-Rear main seal
-release and pilot bearings
-new seals for the axle stubs
-front diff carrier bearings - need to be pressed on the diff? Will this actually require a machine press?

Would a new input shaft bearing would be a good idea?

What about center diff carrier bearings?

I also have a small leak from the Steering rack coming from the control valve area...
Does anyone have any experience replacing/repairing a steering rack, in part or in whole? Could it possibly just be seals that need replaced?

Will definitely do the steering rack bushings while I'm in there

Any help is greatly appreciated

Oh yeah, part #'s and quantity needed for all parts welcome
