wrong forum yes but please do your research before you post there are many threads on trunk modifications the easiest is to take it to a body shop and have it professionally done. if you are into doing things your self....bondo, sanding, priming, painting and clearing then there you go. some guys are okay? with just placing plastic clips/plugs/gaskets in the wing holes. research and you will find the details

go to a hardware store, or paint shop and tell them or show them what u r trying to do, and they will show u some plugs u can fit in the holes. i no the stis have like 16 holes or something on the back so it could look kinda wack. if u want it done cheap then get duct tape and cut out small peices that fit the holes and go to subaru and get matching paint touch up and then paint those little peices. i live in reno where it snows and the tape holds up fine. just replace it every once and a wile and it doesnt hurt paint
