Default boosting the ej22 n/a SOHC

anyone done this yet, im looking for ideas to do this without a complete swap, i know the harnesses will have to be merged, just looking for a point in the right direction, any help at all would be greatly appreciated

It's neve been done. Not once.

Take a look at using some Ej25 heads on the ej22 block. It gives you a much more boost friendly compression ratio and they flow a far bit more. Also, if you use DOHC ej25 heads,they were cast to accept coolant and oil pipes from the factory since they were derived from the ej20k heads. Look to some of Douglas Vincent's (reddevil) stuff for more ideas...
