Help whit my intake

i just got a injen intake for my 99 RS, and i dint come whit tha plate for the air sensor.
the intake is from a 01 that dosent have the air sensor in the intake.

What can i do to make this work on my car.

It's going to be easier to just get the correct intake for your car. You can check here subaru intake to see the +'s and -'s of each brand.

To make that intake work you are going to have to modify the piping, which I don't recommend. You can use a saw and or a drill to make an opening, then use rubber to seal it. Even then, there is a good chance you will damage the sensors over the long haul, and it isn't cheap.

Cut the pipe where the MAF needs to go, put a silicone coupler on either side and clamp it back together. It's not a huge deal.

Buy a MAF adapter http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-05...spagenameZWDVW

Cut the tube a little shorter, attach the MAF adapter to the stock MAF housing, attach the housing to the tube.
